I spotted your advertisement in a new magazine, and thought an item you had for sale would make a nice Christmas present. I was also tempted by the offer of free post and packaging. My order was acknowledged promptly and the delivery was also very prompt which I was most impressed with.

I have recently ordered something in your sale and again your service has been excellent.

Nowadays, when ‘good service’ can almost be a dirty word it is so pleasing to find a company that excels in this area and I thought you deserved to have this acknowledged. People are quick to complain but slow to praise.
