All colours are reproduced as accurately on the screen as possible but the actual colour may vary. Any sizes, weights or other dimensions of the products are approximate.

Postage and Packing
United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands), Isle of Man and Channel Islands:

£2.95 for orders £7.49 and under
£4.95 for orders £7.50 - £74.99
Free postage for orders over £75.00

If you are ordering from Europe including Southern Ireland postage is charged at:
£10.00 for orders under £19.99
£15.00 for orders £20.00 - £49.99
£25.00 for orders £50.00 - £74.99
£35.00 for orders over £75.00

We use Royal Mail and Home Delivery Network for shipping, your order should be delivered within 3-5 days for UK addresses and up to 10 days for Europe
For other countries please contact us for a postage price.
Wherever possible we recycle our suppliers packaging materials and use biodegradable fill. This allows us to keep our postage prices as low as possible and contributes towards free P&P.
Delivery
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible, this is typically within 2 days. If you would like the tracking number for your order please email us at hello@colloco.co.uk with your order number and name.
Please allow 14 days from receipt of your order dispatch email before contacting us with any queries regarding non-delivery.
Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and give you the option to cancel the order.

Price

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. Postage and Packing where applicable is an additional cost. If the price quoted is lower than the actual sale price we will adjust your invoice accordingly. If the correct price is higher than the quoted price we will contact you with the correct price and you have the option to cancel the order or complete it at the higher price.

When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase from us. Please carefully check the email and notify us straight away of any errors at hello@colloco.co.uk. When your goods have been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this. It is only then that we accept your offer and a contract is formed which we are bound to fulfil.
Returns & Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods you must contact us immediately by email at returns@colloco.co.uk.

If your goods are not damaged but you are unhappy in any way with your order when you receive it you can return it to Colloco, unused and in its original packaging within 10 days for a full refund (not including postage & packing if paid). Please contact us for a returns form at returns@colloco.co.uk. Return postage is at the cost of the purchaser unless the goods are damaged or faulty. We recommend that you use recorded post and the item is insured for its full replacement value.

This does not affect your statutory right to a 7 working day period to return your goods from when you receive them.

All credit card transactions are conducted on the secure site of Barclaycard ePDQ. This is a fully encrypted 128 bit secure socket layer (SSL) site.
No card details are held on our own site or seen by anybody at Colloco.

Colloco will not disclose your information to any third parties. Information is only used to take and fulfil orders and administer our site and services.
