How to Shop
There are four ways to shop:
Online using our fast and safe website. Click on any product image for further information, if you wish to buy, then click on the "add to your basket button" to add it to your shopping basket. You can then continue shopping until you have chosen all of your items. Click "view basket" to confirm your order is correct or to alter any items and then "checkout".You will be asked for your name, address and contact details before proceeding with your payment on our secure server link.
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase. Please carefully check the email and notify us straight away of any errors at orders@colloco.co.uk. When your goods have been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this.
By Fax on 01538 382615. Please ensure you have fully completed your order form including an email address if you would like confirmation of your order.
By Post to Colloco Homeware & Gifts, 5-7 Sheepmarket, Leek, Staffordshire,ST13 5HN. We can only accept postal orders with a completed order form.Visit Our Store Colloco Homeware & Gifts, 5-7 Sheepmarket, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 5HN. Opening hours are 10-5 Monday to Friday and 9-5 on Saturdays. We are not open on Sundays or Bank Holidays
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard,Solo or Maestro online using our 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) link to Barclaycard. For orders by post or fax you can also pay by cheque payable to Colloco Homeware & Gifts.
Delivery will be as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Please allow 14 days from confirmation of order dispatch before contacting us with any queries regarding delivery.Postage & Packing

UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man£2.50 for orders £7.99 and under
£4.50 for orders £8.00 - £49.99
Free postage for orders over £50.00
If you are ordering from Ireland, Channel Islands or Europe postage is charged at:
£5.00 for orders under £19.99
£10.00 for orders £20.00 - £49.99
£20.00 for orders £50.00 - £74.99
£30.00 for orders over £75.00
Unless you are notified otherwise your order will be dispatched within 2 days. We use Royal Mail and DHL for shipping, your order should be delivered within 3-5 days for UK addresses and upto 10 days for Europe
For other countries please contact us for a postage price.
Wherever possible we recycle our suppliers packaging materials and use biodegradable fill. This allows us to keep our postage prices as low as possible and contributes towards free P&P.Please allow up to 14 days for delivery from dispatch.
